No Call No Show : Results in having to pay the FULL amount of your service fee prior to booking another appointment. Please ensure that you can make your scheduled appointment when booking. As a professional my time valuable as I will do the same.
Cancellations : 48 hours should be given for any cancellations and same day cancelations WiLL be subject to $50.00 fee prior to booking another appointment. If I have to cancel on you I will give you a 10% off your next service.
Late Arrivals : Arriving on tine is very important, it ensures starting your service on time so that you get your full session time. However if you arrive late you will most likely not receive your full time and you are responsible for your full service payment at check out. If you are new please arrive at least 10 minutes early to fill out the new client form.
